Terms and Conditions
*PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING*
Please use online booking form to let us know about event
Payment will be required at the time of your booking to confirm/hold your reservation/event date
Note all signs are rentals. Therefore, they will stay in place for approximately 24 hours. We will leave an additional night based on availability for $50.00.
Important note: There MUST be an adult which lives at the residence notified of the Yard Card being installed. This is up to the client to ensure. This is for safety.
Please DO NOT do yard work around the Yard Card. Weed Eaters and trimmers can damage the signs and we will charge a $50.00 cleaning/damage fee.
We will place sign at best location based on yard. If you have a special requested area, please let us know upon your reservation request.
Once the sign has been installed, PLEASE, DO NOT REMOVE THE SIGN. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items upon pick up.
Signs are waterproof and will hold up to rain and some wind. However, we reserve the right to remove sign or change the install date/time should the winds become too strong. (Over 20MPH), or should there be threats of lightening or tornados in the area. *We will make client aware should we feel there is a threat or possibility of not being able to deliver on requested date/time.
Please DO NOT add any tape or other types of glue or adhesives to our set ups.
Please leave on Front lights if possible so we may safely place signs.
Please keep animals away from signs.
Please do not let children play on or climb on signs. They will not support the weight.
We will not place any greeting in backyards.
Please ask to have area watered if possible the day before set up during really hot/dry summer months.
Please do not attach balloons or other items to any of our signs.
Please DO take lots and lots of photos with the gifted sign. Please tag us on Social Media and/or email a photo. We love to share stories.
We will take a photo and send to the client who purchased greeting prior to leaving.
We are not responsible or liable for any damages or injuries caused to any personal property or persons during the set-up or removal of your yard card greeting or during the duration of your display.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
*PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING*
Any order cancelled within the 24 hours of scheduled set up/delivery, will be an offered the option to reschedule for another date and greeting within a 3 month window of original date. This will be based on availability. There will be no refund given.
Any order cancelled prior to the 24 hour scheduled date of set up/delivery will be offered ½ of the paid booking rate, or you may leave payment and choose a future date for a greeting to be used within a 3 month window of original date. This will be based on availability.
Any order cancelled 48 hours or more prior to original requested setup will be offered a full refund or option to hold payment for future Glitzy Grams. This request must be in writing sent to our email address gliztygramsyardcards@gmail.com.
No refunds shall be offered in the event a client gives us the wrong address or information and we are unable to obtain proper delivery address.
No refunds shall be offered due not being able to access gated communities, wrong gate codes or homeowner refusing sign to be installed. We will make an attempt to contact client prior to leaving area.
No refunds shall be offered should animals prevent us from set up. We are animal lovers so we will do everything in our power to work around them. But if they pose a threat and we cannot set up, we will let client know.
Our Glitzy Grams can be set up in most moderate weather conditions. Conditions such as moderate wind, snow and rain. (We live in Oklahoma we all know crazy weather WILL happen). However, should we have more severe inclement weather such as ice, heavy snow, heavy rain, lightening, thunderstorms, sustained winds over 20MPH consistently, we will not set up our Glitzy Grams. This is a safety risk for us as well as the homeowner. We will try and work with client to reschedule for a different date, or leave the payment for a future Glitzy Grams to be setup. Should client not want to reschedule for a later time, no refund will be offered.
No refunds will be given for Any Circumstances out of our control that would prevent us from delivering and setting up.
We do reserve the right to refuse any greeting should it be offensive, controversial, disrespectful, and lewd in nature.
Any greeting requested that does not fit our model of spreading happiness and joy will be refused.
We will NOT accept any orders for political type greetings.
